Legendary musician Neil Young will be honored as the 2010 MusiCares Person of the Year at its 20th anniversary gala on Jan. 29, 2010 in Los Angeles.
Proceeds from the annual GRAMMY Week gala dinner and concert honoring Young will provide essential support for MusiCares, which ensures that music people have a place to turn to in times of financial, medical and personal need.
