Qliance Medical Group has generously offered MusiCares a number of free one-year memberships in its Seattle-area direct primary care practice to distribute to deserving individuals and/or families. Qliance patients receive exceptional primary and preventive care with enhanced access at an affordable cost. Benefits include same-day appointments, seven days for primary care, urgent care, preventive care, wellness counseling, chronic disease management, coordination of any required specialist or hospital care, and 24/7 phone access to a physician on call. Many ancillaries (X-rays, on-site procedures, and certain lab tests) are included in the membership, while others (prescription medications, durable medical supplies, outside lab tests and X-ray over-reads) are offered at cost.
